Escrow

If you are a Seller or a Buyer and you want to sell or buy a vehicle, or a product via the internet, after analyzing your case we will present our offer, the transaction takes place like this:

Step 1: Buyer and Seller agree to terms

Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction. The agreement includes the selling price, payment of taxes and fees, delivery arrangements, the number of days allowed for the buyer to inspect/test/install/assemble the merchandise.

 

Step 2: Escrow Contract

HDC Logistics prepares the escrow contract in accordance with the agreement reached by the Buyer and Seller. The contract must be signed by the parties before proceeding to the next step.

 

Step 3 : Payment in Escrow

The Buyer submits payment to  HDC Logistics. The receipt of funds in our secured, non interest bearing trust Escrow Account is confirmed and the transaction can proceed to the next step.

 

Step 4 : Delivery

HDC Logistics delivers the merchandise and all related documents to the Buyer.

 

Step 5 : Buyer’s decision

The Buyer has an agreed upon time to either accept or reject the merchandise.

  • If the merchandise is accepted, HDC Logistics releases the funds to the Seller.
  • If the merchandise is rejected, the Buyer is refunded when HDC Logistics collects the merchandise and all related documents.
